Double ensuite available in a modern townhouse in a quiet corner opposite a copse of trees its a very peaceful area perfect for someone who is looking for quietness, peace, calm, and a clean tidy homely living environment perfect for relaxing in at the end of your work day. It is located in a secluded part of Chineham situated on a private road.

You would be living with a friendly, professional woman and another lodger. We are quiet and like our own space mainly.( it is NOT a party or shared house it is my home). The living room can be used for these occasional chats etc other wise it is mainly my office and living space. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for eating your meals.

Ensuite double room: faces a copse full of trees. The king size bed is very comfortable it has a pocketed spring mattress. There is plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes, and there is a flat screen TV. The room has a lovely outlook to the copse of trees in front of the house. The room is not over looked by other houses.

Its easy walking distance to Chineham shopping centre with Tesco, M & S food store, boots and a lot more shops. There is a regular bus service to Basingstoke town centre and train station, and lovely walks around old basing village. which is not far. The train station is a 10 minute drive away, The M3 is about a 10minute drive away, and the M4 is about a 20 minute drive depending on traffic. etc. 

Chineham Business Park off Crockford Lane, Kingsland Business park off Wade Road, Businesses in Lutyen's close is walkable or a few mins in the car. The Basingstoke centre is about 10 minutes by car.

The accommodation is perfect for someone working on a contract basic in one of the business parks close by or in town, the BMI Hampshire clinic. is around a 5 minute drive.

There is also a small provision for storage of boxes/suitcases in the garage.
