Large room in Paulsgrove Ports, storage, sea view

(20/10/15 update: I now have a single room available in the same house. £320/month or £300/month for a Monday-Friday let)

A large room (for one person only) is now available for rent in a newly renovated house in a quiet road in Paulsgrove. It has a view of the sea, has loads of storage and a SINGLE bed. The house is located close to bus link, 20-min walk to Portchester Train Station and Port Solent, easy access to M27, A27 and A3(M) motorways. Also close to QA hospital, Marriot Hotel and schools. Just a few miles to central Portsmouth, 6 miles to university, MoD, close to Pall Europe, BAE, etc.

Use of the driveway is sometimes available as I am currently widening it for three cars, although there is free roadside parking.
The monthly rent is £340 plus £250 deposit. This includes all bills, free broadband, full use of kitchen, living room, washing machine, drier, etc.

I am a live-in landlord who is easygoing and works long hours. I work shifts and spend time away from home but I am easily contacted via phone and e-mail.

Please note, some of the house is still undergoing some decorating inside and out. Everything in the house, including all facilities are fully functional.

The room will be made available to any prospective lodger upon payment of a returnable deposit. Rent is paid monthly in advance at the beginning of each calendar month.

Potential occupier must have proven employment and work references are preferred. No smoking and no pets. STRICTLY NO DSS OR COUPLES- PLEASE DO NOT ASK. Male occupant preferred as I am a married man (my wife lives away) and do not feel comfortable with a female lodger, sorry.

Room will be available 30th October. I work a late shift every second week so during those weeks, viewings would have to be in the morning (until 1pm) or after 10: 30pm. The rest of the time I am home from 3pm

NOTE: If you need the room sooner, I might be able to arrange an earlier move-in date. 'Blind move-ins' are no good because I need to meet you first before making a decision.
