It's a very spacious, clean and sunny 3 bedroom flat. Two nice gents live here already, and they have been happy here for 2 years so far.

The guys living here are friendly and easy to live with. You can keep yourself to yourself or come and chat / eat / head out into town, whatever suits you.

You are welcome to have visitors, just check with the other guys first. It is a respectful house, so everybody can get a good night's sleep and enjoy living here.

I'm your landlord, a 34yr old fireman working in Portsmouth. I make sure everything is looked after and kept in good working order at all times. All I ask is that you look after the place and each other. There is no agency so there is no fee for an agent!

Applicants should be easy-going, clean and tidy professionals. Deposit is one month's rent. ID & reference required.
