The Landlord:
I'm Rick, I'm the landlord but live over in Fratton and not at this flat. I'm easy going, understanding and quick to solve any maintenance issues.
The Location:
The flat is situated on Cosham High street and is 2 minutes walk from the rail station, Tesco, QA hospital and the free bus to 1000 Lakeside business park.
The Flat:
The room is a big ensuite double with enough wardrobe space to probably reenact Narnia!
The living room has a big old TV and comfy L shaped sofa for lying around on.
There is a small Balcony that overlooks the High street which is good for smoking or watching the world go by, whichever suits...
The kitchen has everything you would expect; fridge, freezer, washing machine and all cutlery/crockery is provided.
Social:
As I own this flat and my current house that's 6 people in total so I will make sure to do socials for everyone throughout the year so everyone can get to know each other.
Bills:
Bills aren't included so you would be expected to pay council tax, utilities and broadband. Rent is £375 with £375 deposit, none negotiable.
