Double room in Portsmouth £400pcm

Hiya, I have a double room to rent within a 2 bed flat in Cosham. The room is part furnished with a double bed, shelving unit and wardrobe.

You would be sharing the flat with a quiet, 27 yr old female who likes shopping, watching films, reading and going to the pub. I work full time and am out most weekends, so there would be plenty of opportunity for having your own space but I'm more than happy to have a chat over a cuppa or watch some TV together in the evenings :)

I would prefer to share with another female please. I'm happy to accept short term lets but don't mind something more long term for the right person :) The flat is available from April and is located quite close to Cosham train station and QA hospital in Portsmouth.

The flat is furnished with all white goods including a tumble dryer and your room contains a large mirrored wardrobe - so plenty of storage, however it can be offered unfurnished if you would prefer.

The rent pcm is £400 which includes all bills with high speed Virgin Media internet included.
