Quiet clean house with large double bedroom

I have a large bedroom to rent out that is now only has double bed no other furniture. Lodger will have their own fridge and freezer in the kitchen. the house is modern and kept tidy. I am keen to upkeep the house to make it comfortable for my family( myself, husband and young child) and our future lodger.

Lodgers bills are included including moderate use of wifI, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. There is no en suite in bedroom.

I am a live in land lady, I live with my partner we are both working proffesionals on day shifts. We have a young friendly dog and a cat ( both do not have access to lodgers room ).

We are seeking a lodger who is also a friendly respectful proffesional and in employment preferably night worker due to potential disruption of sleep from our little girl at night ( sadly I will not accept dss or part deposits etc due to past issues with rent).

House is close to shops, take outs and transport including bus stops directly at end of road and train station a 15-20 minute walk to portchester. Close to QA and other local amenities.
