And 10 mins from the local shops.
I am a live in landlady who owns a dog.. The dog is not here all the time as stays at my parents during the week.
The room I'm looking to rent is a double room that has wooden flooring but comes with bed and chest of draws. These can be removed if not required.
I have sky and wifi and the use of a spare box room if you need to store a few extra bit.
