Also includes use of the cooking and washing facilities. The house is within walking distance of Port Solent/ Tesco/ Portchester/QAH/IBM/Pall situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. 15 min walk to Portchester railway station and within 100 yards of bus stops if required. Rent includes bills for gas, electricity, water. Receipt of deposit secures the room. Any further clarification required of details or a viewing ,please contact me. After a minimum 1 month occupancy, 1 months notice will be required.
