Single room in a 2 bed home

Hi, I'm Lara and I have a single room to rent in my 2 bed home.

The house is off Trunk Road in Farnborough which is a 3 minute drive to M3 jnct 4a and a 10min drive to the station. Station car parking is £4. 20 per day via Ringo if you park in the one that's 5min walk away.

If you are interested in sharing with me, then please tell me a little about yourself so we can ensure that we're suited.

I have a full time job, but work from home some days. If I have music on, then it's usually Chill FM or Radio 2. I don't throw parties. I can deal with mess to a certain extent (washing up from night before okay) but ideally like the house to be clean and tidy. I am currently considering getting an indoor cat for some company, but nothing is sorted yet. I DON'T have a TV licence.. I don't watch TV. I watch films and series on Netflix or I read a book etc. I enjoy gardening in the warmer months and I'm usually out dancing on Monday nights. I'm perfectly friendly but introverted so enjoy my own space at times.

The room is a fair size for one person, with a built in wardrobe. There is a desk for laptop etc, and a tallboy chest of drawers inside the wardrobe. The mattress is memory foam and there is under bed storage. You can also have access to the loft. There is off road parking plus visitor spaces, broadband, and a small garden with patio and chairs.

Everything else in the house will be shared including the bathroom. There are currently no locks on any of the bedroom doors. I guess if you're not comfortable with that I could look into installing some, but as far as I'm concerned if I feel I have to have a lock on my bedroom door to rent to you...then I probably won't rent to you!
