There is a bathroom with w. c , bath & power shower. Ground floor, access to a kitchen with own cupboard space , fridge & freezer space. Use of all white goods are available.
There is no access to a lounge without prior discussion.
There is one house pet a cat age 2yrs.
I am a professional full time worker who is very accommodating ; I do ask that noise levels are kept low especially after 10pm and in the early hours of the morning.
I am a tidy person who would appreciate the same from my lodger.
I have stipulated no couples.
The house is approximately 15 minutes drive to Camberely , 20-30 mins to Guildford, to London by car because of traffic 1hr. There is a local Yoyo bus which drops off and collects every 10 minutes outside my road and goes into Farnborough.
I do not want shift workers.
The price includes all bills except Sky movies or other channels of your choice.
I will only consider applicants with a reference and who have completed their profile.
My house is a quiet house so may not suit someone looking for lots of social interaction.
I do not have a garage.
