we are situated, next door to Hawley woods 500 acres of mod land for walking cycling running etc.
We have 2 German shepherds both are friendly but will bark at first but once they get to know you you will get licked to death! So you must be confident around large bouncy dogs.
No overnight guests.
We would need to meet you first to make sure you are happy with the room and comfortable with the dogs and us. We will not let any one take the room with out meeting them first.
deposit returned on leaving if one months notice given, key returned and room left in good order.
