Hi,
my name is Julia and im looking for a housemate to share the house i am renting at the mo.
it is 2 bedrooms, the spare room is a double with a bed
i work as a vet doing quite long hours, i have 2 cats and a small bird, am a tidy person and 24yrs old

the house is in denvilles and i pay £700 a month plus bills so would be sharing that rent equally with a housemate. warblington train station is 5 mins walk away.
the house is fully furnished with all the usuals although i do not have a landline

i would prefer a female housemate ideally. liking animals is a must!
