Lovely house,good area!!;)

I have a double room to rent out in my house, its a large room that has its own bathroom(although it is off the landing)there is already furniture in the lounge and kitchen so only bedroom furniture is required.
I am seeking someone that is fun and easy going, that is happy to join in with social events.
I am a tidy person and take pride in the way the house looks.
I work 6 days a week and go to the gym most nights.
With the house there is a single drive way(which a rarel use) on road parking and there is a garage, and a nice sized garden.
(the pet I have is a Rabbit, He is very small)
