Double room to let in luxury apartment in Drayton

The maisonette comes with a parking space and a large kitchen with a bay window (overlooking Drayton shops), a Samsung American Fridge Freezer, coffee machine, Samsung microwave, oven, hob, dish washer, tumble dryer, washing machine, HD TV with Virgin and breakfast bar with seating area.

The Lounge is a huge 30 foot by 10 foot with two new leather settees and a 60 inch HD TV with Virgin Tivo.

The spare room has access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink (the main room has an ensuite so I do not use the other bathroom).

Located on Havant Road, you have access to all the local shops and amenities.

The room has a double bed, bedside draws and a wardrobe with fitted wooden venetian blinds. It is in a separate part of the apartment and therefore doesn't have any rooms next to it.

Every Friday I have a cleaner round during the day, so the apartment is always spotless :)

All bills included (Gas, Electric, Water etc) - Broadband/Wifi is a super fast 150mb!

I am ideally looking for a professional and will require 1 months rent up front with a deposit too.
