Large Double Room In House With Large Garden

I have a spare room in the house I own, it's a large double room, with a huge built in mirrored wardrobe with shelves etc inside. House is fully furnished, with a large back and front garden on a quiet street (cul'de sac overlooking woods). there's parking available outside. Large kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine, white goods. Sky tv and broadband.

I work Mon-Fri, 9-5 hours. I enjoy going out at weekends and also having friends over to enjoy the garden, having bbqs etc. I am equally happy keeping myself to myself or staying in and watching tv. I would ideally like another professional room mate, who is easy going and easy to live with and get on with.

I have a long haired cat, he's very chilled and no trouble but obviously if you have allergies then this won't be suitable for you. Any questions just get in touch.
