My husband and I professionals in our mid - late twenties and would like let our spare double room from Mondays - Fridays.
We live on a quiet road which is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Eastleigh with its train station/shops/ restaurants.
The house has a large kitchen and lounge with a separate dining room. We also have a garden/amazing power shower/ dishwasher and fast broadband.
We are both friendly and considerate and the house is always very clean and tidy. We are looking for a similar type of person!
