I have two double rooms available but I’ll only be letting out one of them so you can pick which room you prefer.

You’d be sharing the house with just one other, myself, a 31yr old female professional and a very friendly small dog (King Charles Cavalier). I am looking for a professional female lodger of a similar age with similar interests who needs a quiet comfortable place to stay.
I enjoy going to the gym, living a healthy lifestyle but also enjoying myself and socialising with friends.
My house is very well located, near to M3 Junc 12. Close to Eastleigh town centre including the Swan Centre, Eastleigh Train Station, Southampton airport and Fleming Park Leisure Centre.
Also close to Southampton City and Winchester.
Sorry no couples, no pets and no smokers.
