Double room to rent in Colden Common

Double room to rent in Colden Common sharing with two women ages 24 and 25.
Hi my name is Anna and I currently share with a girl called Lauren. Were quite a laid back household- we share cleaning buying loo roll etc!! As we both do quite busy jobs we don't always manage to cook together in the evenings but do manage to squeeze in a glass of red wine or three now and again!
We are getting a gardener as off next month which is also included as the garden is pretty big.
Parking is available as there is a large drive but there is also a bus stop directly opposite.
Were looking for someone freindly, laid back, happy to do their share of the chores and also someone that doesn't mind cats- as we have two! What's most important to us is to have someone lovely we both get on with with a good sense of humour.
The room is a double but currently has a two singles in there.
