I will have an en suite bedroom available in a 2 bedroom flat near the Flemming park in Eastleigh. I will be looking to renew my tenancy from February but room will be available from January.
The room is unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe.
The living room is open plan with the kitchen and is shared.
I am a paralegal in a law firm in Chandler's Ford and have a busy schedule but enjoy chilling with a glass of wine in the evenings. I enjoy having my own space but am equally open to socialising. On the weekends I am either chilling or out with friends. I also study part time and am away some weekends.
I am looking for someone clean and tidy with similar interests, preferably a female professional.
