There are also a couple of shelves to store your books and nik naks. The room is located on the ground floor at the middle of the house.

THE HOUSE
The house is located on Barton Road. It is a 4 bedroom property in classic Victorian style with high ceilings and period features boasting plenty of character. There is also a large rear garden with a shed. Perfect for barbeques! There is gas central heating and double glazing.

THE LOCATION
Less than 5 minutes walk to Eastleigh Train Station with trains to Winchester, Basingstoke and London Waterloo.
5-7 minute walk to town centre and Swan Centre containing shops, chain-restaurants and cinema.
Short drive/bike ride to Eastleigh Parkway Station and Southampton International Airport.
Easy access to M3 and M27 motorways.
Short commute to Hampshire Business Park, Cisco, Icon B&Q Headquarters and IBM (Hursley). Also short drive to Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital in Chandlers Ford.

There is on street parking available. Barton Road is a T-Junction Road so there is not masses of traffic. Parking permits are not expensive and available from Eastleigh Borough Council.

WHY DO YOU NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT?
We are a throwback to how business was done many years ago, and place tremendous faith and trust in our customers (tenants) to look after the place and pay the rent on time. Property is a people's business after all and our vision is to cultivate strong working relationships.

Agents are landlords are no longer permitted to charge admin fees. We stopped doing this over a year ago. We also go one step further and do not charge for a deposit. We understand that in this day and age, some folks are unable to stump up close to a thousand pounds before they can move in and some people do live month to month.
