Me and my girlfriend (both aged 29) are looking for a special person/ couple (supplement) to rent a beautiful large modern japanese inspired double room with a large private bathroom (with bath and seperate shower). The bedroom is the one pictured. The room has 2 windows, cupboards, a large chest of drawers, a huge antique japanese desk with drawers and chair, a double bed, a bedside table with drawers and a bedroom chair. There is broadband internet, wired and wireless.

Renting of the room also includes use of the rest of the house. This includes the new kitchen (and all appliances, plates, cutlery, etc), the large ultra modern and artistic lounge/dining room (see pics), and the downstairs water closet. In the lounge there is a large TV, sofas, dining table, xbox, etc.

SO50 5SQ: 3mins to M3 by car. 10mins to station walking. 10mins to high street walking, where there is cinema, bowling, restaurants, etc. 10mins to airport by car. Close to Waitrose/Sainsburys/ADSA/Tesco . Parking is not private, but it is not a problem to park.

The third and fourth members of the household are Tigger and Moscow, our cats. They are kind and gentle pussy cats who wouldn't hurt a soul. They love people, so someone who can enjoy their company is a must. We tend to go on holiday once a year and if you would be willing to feed them (as long as you were going to be around) in our absence then you are definitely the kind of person we are looking for. We believe in helping each other out in order to make life better, so any flexibility on your side will be matched by us! Here, you won't be treated like a tennant, but like a friend!

Most importantly we are looking for a sociable, friendly, and kind person/s with an open mind. We are real foodies so if food and drink is a passion of yours you will be happy here. We also like watching movies and going out. During the week we tend to have quiet nights in and at the weekends we like to have friends over and go out.

We always try from the outset to get to know you and include you so that it feels like home.
