V large victorian bay furnished room

It's light, bright, stripped floor boards and original features. Recently decorated white and obligatory magnolia. Furnished with metal double bed, v clean mattress, 3 seater cream sofa, light oak veneer coffee table and cupboard. Can add or remove some bits. Can also supply bed linen and crockery. You could move in with just a laptop and some clothes.

The house is very large with just us in it apart from roving kids who forget that they don't live here anymore and my boyfriend who stays a few nights a week.

I am currently refurbishing the whole house and completion is not due until September. Your room is complete as is the bathroom and dining room. You are free to share all other facilities including 150mb 5G/2G broadband, washing machine, etc.

All bills included.

You will have shared use of everything, own lockable room, own entrance and a fridge/freezer for your sole use.
You may smoke, have friends over/stay have as many baths or machine washes as you like, use the kitchen as you like and be as sociable or as private as you like.

Sorry but I do not accept drugs in my house.

I am a full time teacher. Minor DIY on w/e. Love photography/gardening/talking and red wine.

House is 2 mins from railway station, the delights of Emsworth and its shops, take aways, amenities and harbour.

Price quoted is for a single person. £120 for couples.

I have rented before and enjoyed the experience.
