Double room to rent in Fair Oak

I have a double room to rent in Fair Oak. There is off road parking in a nice quite area. The rent will include all bills apart from food. I have a big garden, large lounge and kitchen diner. I work a lot including most weekends and the house if often empty. The occupant will have use of the whole house including all amenities.

I can supply the use of a double bed if required and change the curtains etc. (it was decorated previously for my son). There is a big wardrobe and bedside cabinet if required. The room has new carpet.

I have my children to stay occasionally (10 and 12 years old), otherwise it is just me in the house.

I am happy for the occupant to have friends over etc.

I would like someone who is looking for 6 months plus, not a short term option. Male or female. I would require a £100 deposit and the rent 1 month in advance on a date agreed between us. I would require references I can check along with proof of employment/income.
