Single and Double Room in Sunny House

I have two rooms sat empty that I would like to offer on a short term basis as the house in currently on the market awaiting a buyer.

The rooms are cosy and warm and at the front of the property. The single has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall shelving and the double has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

The property is situated in a cul-de-sac on a quiet estate within walking distance of Fareham town centre, train and bus stations and access to M27 close by. Walking distance to local pubs and town centre bars and clubs, cinema, cafes and restaurants. Walkable distance to local Asda and Tesco and bowling alley.

There are scenic walks just a minutes walk away, along Fareham Quay.

I am looking to share with those who have a love of animals as we have two small dogs and two parrots (all of whom can be noisy at times, but very lovable!).

Please do not apply if you work nights as it is not a house to sleep in during the day as the birds like to sing!

Please remember this is a short term let until the house sells - hopefully by July 2015.

I may consider a couple in the double room at a cost of £665 per calendar month.
