Double room with sole use of a separate bathroom to let to a professional full time employee. Bills are included for reasonable use of utilities and council tax. However if you pay council tax elsewhere on a property (your name is on the bill) the rent will only be £355 pcm. Laundry and meals are not included nor is use of the landline. However you will have the use of a modern kitchen and washing machine. There is a shared living room but there is also a TV in the bedroom.
The house is a 10min walk from the town centre and bus station and 20-25 mins from the rail station. However the area is quiet and not on a main road.
I would like someone who is independent and tidy.
