Furnished, spacious room to rent in Fareham

I have a nicely decorated double room to rent. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

The property is a 3 bedroom maisonette located in a quiet suburban part of Fareham. Outside is a Onestop and a bus stop for town. It's close to the A27 and Jn. 9 is a 10 minute drive.

Parking is available but it's a free-for-all. There is plenty of roadside parking around this area.

I am out most weekends, and several weekdays. Facilities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, Sky+ HD in the lounge, ADSL @ 17Mbit wifi. We will share the bathroom (there is a shower too) and the toilet is in a separate room.

There is loft space available for storage of suitcases and boxes etc.

I am looking for a lodger who is of good nature, self sufficient and respectful of my property. I'm a social and easy going person but tend to socialize outside of my own home, and I expect similar mentality! Guests are welcome with some prior warning, every so often.
