The room has large inbuilt wardrobes. The rest of the house is fully furnished and is in a wonderful, quiet location; close to Portchester train station and main roads. I am a friendly, house proud 34yr old female looking for a considerate and friendly housemate. £350 deposit and 1 month's rent in advance. I would prefer someone looking for longer term.
