Double Bedroom with washbasin in a 4 bedroom shared house. I am a live in landlady and have 2 male lodgers my 3rd lodger is leaving on the 18th April as his contract finishes as a boat builder.
The 4 bedroom house has 3 toilets a separate small shower next to the double room and a bathroom with shower attachments. A shared kitchen/diner, a small utility room with tumbledryer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a garden leading to the garage and room for a bike. I am 1 mile from Fareham, Titchfield and Wickham and one mile from the M27. I have broadband in the bedroom and tv with dvd. I would prefer weekday lodger only. Thank you
