We have a large double room available in a recently completely renovated 5 bedroom executive home. You will have sole use of the family bathroom as the rest of us have an en suite.
There is fibre optic broadband at the property and a large family room area with a 46" tv with Sky HD for your use.
There is plenty of on and off road parking available and the street is very quiet so very little passing traffic. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the railway station and 15 minutes into the town centre.
We are a very relaxed couple with one other lodger, who works long hours and is away most weekends. We have had lodgers for a number of years and are very used to sharing space. The house is large enough that we are not living on top of each other. We have a separate lounge, study and spare bedroom if you or we have guests to stay. There is also a 100ft garden which has been recently landscaped and there is a large shed and garage if you need extra storage space.
We also have 2 cats who are very friendly once they get used to you but know when to keep away if you're not interested!
We are happy to have a Mon to Fri lodger at £450 pcm if that is all that you require
