Hello! My name is Scott, I'm 34 years old and am currently living with my partner and two other housemates. This has been a family home for many years and I am now the owner. My partner and I are moving into a new house up the road but I'll still be popping by to check things are running smoothly.

The house benefits from 5 bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms both with showers (bath upstairs), front and rear off-road parking, plenty of storage, garage with lots of tools and some gym equipment inside, decent sized garden, decent sized clean kitchen with large cooker, water/ice dispenser fridge, dining room with large dinner table and a warm cosy lounge with large (very comfy) sofa, single sofa seat, and 2 coffee tables. The lounge also has a nice, large comfy footrest. I have Virgin Media installed so free broadband is available. Each room is lockable for peace of mind and you will have a key.

I am easy to live with, happy to socialise in the evenings and also enjoy my own space.

I have always lived in the house but although I'm moving into a different property I'll still be around and will always be available should you need me for anything. Also, a very close friend of mine lives here, so he knows how things run and is always approachable. The house is a lovely place to be. You will have plenty of space to cook your meals, relax, and socialise if you wish. Or you can just retire to your room and the world leaves you alone.

I am looking for a lodger who wants to live in a nice house and who will respect your housemates and the property. I supply all household cleaning products, toilet/kitchen roll, air fresheners, dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder. I also have a Vax steamer to keep the floors looking fresh. I am very hands on with cleaning and I ask people to chip in occasionally to maintain the quality that we all love to live in!

The double room that I'm offering is upstairs at the back of the house, East facing. It is a large room with a fitted wardrobe concealed by sliding mirror doors, with laminate flooring and blackout curtains.
