We have a double room available in a lovely end of terrace house in The Peregrines, Fareham.
The current occupants are 21 and 25, full-time working professionals, both play hockey, are easy going, tidy, friendly people.
The bedroom is unfurnished but plenty of space for a double bed plus other furniture. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, lounge/diner and conservatory with plenty of off road parking. The house is located just down from Cam's Hill and is very close to the motorway, so is ideal for commuting.
Rent is £400 per month including bills.
