Double room in 2 bed house.

This is a furnished double with sky and broadband. There is a Grass verge opposite for parking. Shared bathroom with bath and shower, good sized living area with TV and windows to garden. Shared kitchen with many gadgets and utensils as I love to cook and entertain. I am clean but not always perfectly tidy when busy with work. I would like someone who is willing to help with the upkeep of cleaning within the shared areas. I have a friendly black cat but would not like to take on any other pets as he is used to being the cat of the house. I am very easy going and like to have friends over for dinner and drinks and bbq's when the weather permits. I work from home occasionaly and sometimes on late shifts. During the week I tend to relax or get my cleaning done and go to the gym if I can find the motivation! I like to have a drink at weekends, but can't handle it during the week these days!
