This is the perfect house for a professional male who has his own home and needs to rent somewhere between Monday and Friday only in order to work in Farnborough or nearby. You are likely to be a qualified professional person working for one of the companies on the airfield or in the surrounding area.
The room available is a medium sized pleasant room within walking distance of the Airfield and Business Park and close to all stations to London, Guildford and Gatwick, and Reading. Access to the M3 is minutes away.
The house is shared with 3 other professional males and is suitable for someone who likes a quiet environment. There are weekly cleaners and room service (sheet and towel change) is also provided.
The lounge is comfortable and there is also a dining room.
There is a bathroom with toilet on the first floor and a shower room and toilet downstairs.

There is fast wireless broadband and a TV point in every room, off road car parking and a garden with bike shed.
The house is kept to a high standard and is non-smoking. The rent includes all bills.
