The house is situated in a quit cul-de-sac within easy reach of a convenience store and public house. Farnborough North station is ten minutes walk, and the Number 1 bus that runs every ten minutes is less than five minutes walk away. Three other professional people share the property, with communal accommodation of kitchen and large sitting room. There are two bath/shower rooms to share with the four house-mates. A fifth bedroom is used as ironing room and general overspill storage. There is a small rear garden with table and chairs and off-street parking for three cars in the front.
The house is fully equipped with furniture, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, vacuum cleaner, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and lawn mower.
The rent includes council tax, water rates and TV licence, housemates shall jointly pay bills for electricity, gas and broadband.
A non-refundable administration fee of £30 will be charged.
The existing tenants will choose who they wish to join them.
