The property is only 8 mins walk from Farnborough town centre with all the amenities and shopping there.

It is also only 5 mins walk from Farnborough Main station with excellent links to London Waterloo (only 35 min), Fleet and Woking. Farnborough North Station is only 15 mins walk which has links to Reading and Guildford. It is a 5 min drive to junction 4 or 4a of the M3.
