Nice room, a pleasant maisonette in a quiet area

Hi,

I have a room to rent in my two bedroom maisonette, situated nicely off prospect road for the train station, Farnborough town centre and motorway links. The room is nicely decorated and furnished with quality furniture which includes a double bed (although you may bring your own.. If it fits!)

Shared facilities include kitchen, bathroom and lounge with freeview TV and broadband. There is a nicely maintained large communal
garden as well as a garage for bits and bobs. Bills are included. There is parking on the roads around the property.

I am a 39 year old professional male that sometimes works evenings and weekends, looking for someone of similar age who is friendly, easy to get along with and sociable. Must be employed full time and not from home. Sorry no couples.
