We are renting this double room for a professional who needs to work around the area but would go back home on Friday night and come back on Sunday night or Monday Morning.

Location: 1. 2 mile from Farnborough Main Station - 20 min walk, easy access to public transport and M3 into London.

Very close to M3 with quick access from the house and only 10 miles to M25.

The Room
The available room is a double room, fully furnished, It comes with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, TV, sofa and a desk & chair

There is also Fiber Optic BroadBand throughout the house.

The House
Inside the property is strictly non-smoking.

Rent covers all bills including Broadband, Water, Gas and Electricity bills.

You will have communal use of the kitchen, bathroom, shower room and garden.

We would also provide a parking permit to park on the many spaces available on the front of the house.

Commutable distances to London, Guildford, Basingstoke, Reading, Winchester, Woking, Farnham, Staines, Windsor, Camberley, Bracknell & Maidenhead.

Close to North Camp, Frimley, Camberly & Farnborough town centres, Farnborough Airfield and Farnborough Technical College. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk.

There is a M&S with a petrol station walking distance and also an Asda, Tesco and Morrisons all within a 4 mile radius.

Suitability
The room is available immediately and would suit a professional. I am looking for someone who can handle living in a communal environment and who would treat the property as is was their own.

The current tenants are very friendly and they take care of the house well. I am looking for people who will compliment this arrangement.

There is a very strict no pets rule at the property - this includes bedrooms and the garden.

Cost
The deposit plus a pro-rata payment (for the remaining days of the month) must be paid prior to moving in.

The monthly fee must be paid in advance prior to the first of every month.
