My Name is Dan, im 26 and currently looking for a flatmate in and around the Farnborough area. The room i have to rent is an unfurnished double room above Farnborough high street. 10 min walk from train station and located above all local shops.
500 a month including all bills except electricity as that is on a pay as you go meter and gets topped up when its needed.
I do have a child (1 year old son) who will be here most days for a few hours and staying over for 2 nights a week. Hes a very good kid (i have been quite lucky) however if kids are not your thing then this is probably not for you.
