Lovely Double Loft Room For Rent

I'm renting a double room which is nice and private upstairs in the loft conversion.

Furnished room with double fitted wardrobes, double bed, bed side tables, a chest of drawers (with still plenty of space) and a flat screen tv.

The house is situated in Fawley village and is in a quiet road, it would be ideal for anyone working at the refinery or close by. The house is very clean and tidy with Sky and broadband installed. The garden is large with a shed (if you have a bike) and a garage for a small amount of storage. I do have a small dog, but she is no hassle and very well behaved. It is a smoke free home, however I don't have a problem if you smoke outside.

There is parking outside on the road and there is also bus stops just in the next road. There is a Morrisons, Sainsburys and Tesco Extra close by and a big Tesco within a 5 min drive.
I work away Tuesday - Thursday (most weeks) so you will be on your own most of the week.
I would like Mon - Fri renter but if you would prefer 7 days a week then thats also fine :)

Fawley is half an hour away from Southampton city centre, 20 mins from the nearest train station and 10 minutes away from Hythe town centre where there is a 10 minute ferry over to Southampton.
