Room available in modern townhouse on Elvetham Heath, Fleet. Room is on the ground floor and has single bed, sofa bed, desk and chair, TV with Virgin Media Tivo, Wifi and built in wardrobes. There are patio doors out to the garden. Also on this floor is a utility room/small kitchen, small shower room with toilet and sink (sole use) and hallway.
On the next floor is the kitchen/diner and lounge. There is a full bathroom on the top floor.
I live in the house together with my daughter who is at University! We have a small dog who is friendly and usually well behaved!
Our ideal tenant would be a person who is respectful of others, likes animals and is out at work during the day.
There is a possibility of another room being available for 2 friends wanting to lodge together or an adult with a child. Price negotiable for this.
Small female dogs might be considered.
