Although garage is let to one of the tenants, storage could be arranged for a bicycle.
Television ariel point in bedroom, and wifi. Bedroom is furnished with single bed, most tenants prefer to bring small furniture but a wardrobe can be provided. The bed has storage drawers and there is a shelf with a mirror above.
There is a modern bathroom and kitchen.
We have a cleaner who comes on a fortnightly basis to do the shared rooms, but we are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and prepared to help with the housework in between .
