A large double room in Fleet with own toilet facillities next door. The room is in a shalet bunglow and is the only room up stairs so there will be complete privacy. The room is fully furnished with sofa and fridge freezer and microwave available on request. There current occupants are home owners with a beagle dog.
The location is a ten minute walk to Fleet train station and central Fleet with regular links to London and Farnborough. We are not willing to share lounge and dinning room, but room occupant is able to use kitchen and bathroom.
The room comes with all bills included with high speed wifi and sky TV available on request. The house is professionly cleaned once a week and we can include room for an additional cost.
We would be happy to consider week day occupancy (Monday - Friday) and will reduce the weekly rent.
