Room to rent in a 2 bed house - Zebon Copse

The house is in Zebon Copse and located nearby to Redfields Garden centre. This is a Monday -Friday ( will consider Sunday-Thurs/ Fri) rent, with option for odd weekend by arrangement and at additional cost.
Sorry but I am not looking for a 7 days a week lodger.

Reason for rent, current lodger is changing jobs and moving back to home locality.

This is a small double sized room, furnished with a single bed, desk, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Not suitable for couples or people who want overnight guest stays.

I am a hardworking, busy, professional.
I am respectful and mindful of others. This is a quiet and peaceful home, albeit one with some lazy cats occupying the furniture.

I like going to the gym and do a range of classes. In fairness, I have to go to the gym because I am rather fond of chocolate. My potential lodger does not have to be a chocoholic as well!
I also like reading and movies.

Back to the cats. I have four; two are house only, Persian, girl cats and hence rather (very) lazy. The other two are mainly outdoor cats. They are all adopted kitties through no fault of their own. They are lovely, charming, amusing and good natured.

I have wireless fibre optic broadband and standard freeview only.

The house has off road, allocated parking.
Rest assured that the house is not on the main through road and is near to the Redfields Garden Centre end. This is a peaceful and quiet location.
