We have our own en-suite, so you would have the main bathroom just for yourself and another friendly male lodger. Modern bathroom including both bath and shower.

Flexible use of kitchen, and use of all other appliances including microwave and washing machine.

Use of shed for cycle storage if required.

Easy walking distance of Fleet high street and mainline station (Fleet to Waterloo in about 50 mins.) 5 mins walk to Fleet Pond Nature Reserve and adjoining woodland, where you can enjoy cycling or walking, especially in the lighter evenings.

We are a very friendly and easy going couple sharing our home with our friendly cocker spaniel. Our children are all grown up and living in their own homes.

We are looking for a professional person, friendly, yet independent.

The room is available from MONDAY to FRIDAY only, as we prefer the weekends to ourselves to share with family and friends.
