Tidy room to let in a flat above shops.

Hi I am Gavin, A young at heart 45 year old, who enjoys lots of things in life, especially the great outdoors. My flat is above the parade of shops in Fourmarks, the bus stops are right outside and the train station is only a short ride away. The room has been freshly painted in pale colours and has wooden flooring. At the moment there is a single bed, but that could be changed. I do have 2 large dogs, so will need to have someone who can cope with that, but they are very friendly. Also I do have my 2 boys to stay every other weekend and a couple of nights during the week, but we are (weather permitting) out a lot of the time, but you will still have use of all the rooms as normal. It is a happy little home, very laid back and relaxed. After previous experiences I ask that if you have a drink problem, can't follow the few simple house rules or are emotionally unstable that you give this one a miss, as it just won't work. Thank you.
