South facing double room (must like cats!)

I have an averaged sized, smartly furnished double room to rent. Although not ensuite, it has sole access to the master bath/shower room (except when the bath is wanted on occasion).

The house is modern, clean, tidy and well decorated and is located in a very quiet location off the main road, but with easy access to shops. There is a bus stop in easy walking distance, with routes to Alton and Winchester. Chawton Woods is also a few minutes walk away.

Other features: big lounge with comfy sofa, very large TV, blu ray/DVD, NOWTV via Playstation, fibre broadband, your own parking space, access to big, sunny lawned garden, BBQ, fully-equipped modern kitchen.

Apart from me, the house is also home to three friendly cats who are able to roam in the cat-fenced garden but are not allowed any further than that. That means a) you really must like cats and b) you must be very careful not to let them escape!

I'm easy-going myself and just looking for someone mature, fairly tidy, considerate and friendly to rent the room. I'm also willing to consider reduced rent for someone who only wants to be here midweek (£325pcm).

Female tenant preferred, but males definitely not ruled out.
