Hi, I have a double room for rent in a house in Fratton, Portsmouth, it is nicely situated 5mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from city centre, university etc, it is recently decorated and fully furnished with double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. I am a professional 36 year old male who works away fairly often, and im also away most weekends. I'm pretty laid back and sociable and would like someone with a similar personality.
The room is for rent but you are more than welcome to use any part of the house this includes -
Washing Machine/Fridge/Freezer in the kitchen
Sky TV etc in the Living room.

All bills are included apart from the telephone land line which is not available for use, I also have wireless broadband if required which is included in the the monthly cost.
