Double Room in Portsmouth Available for Short-Term

Hello,

Me and my fiancé are recent graduates, and are looking for someone to rent a room on a short-term basis (the room is available from around the 28th June to 30th August).

The flat has a bathroom and a shower room, shared kitchen and lounge and a balcony. The room available if a fully furnished double (including small TV), and has access to the internet.

Rent will be approximately £250 per month, but this is negotiable depending on how long you are planning on staying. No deposit will be required, but we will ask for rent to be paid upfront (either weekly or monthly).
