Quiet Housemate needed

We have a double room available at some point within the future, situated close to Asda (Approx 4 mins walk) and Fratton Road. A good area in my opinion (I have lived here 4 years and nothing notable has ever happened)

Current occupants are a Professional couple on a rota of 3 days on 3 off starting at 4am, and myself a professional male whom works in retail week to week rota'd basis, often doing 8-10 hour shifts and early starts. We have recently had a problem with loud tenants who have caused problems and thus we are looking for someone who understands that because of our jobs and the flexibility we require quiet nights when up early. Aside from that we all enjoy being social and whenever we are not at work we try to relax and have a laugh and a good time.

We are also looking for someone who will contribute without being asked, either on a week to week basis or once at the beginning of the month and who will keep the house in the good state that it is in.

Fully furnished, internet included within the cost of the rent to the landlord, currently i believe this to be 330 PCM.

Ideally looking for a girl to even out the numbers but we are really not fussed, hopefully the property will be available to rent out at the start of Aug.
