The three bed property is owned by one of the tenants and has recently been renovated throughout, including a new kitchen, upstair bathroom, downstairs loo, dining room and large living room where most our time is spent all together.

Located a stones throw from St Mary's Church and Fratton High Street, 5 minute walk from town centre and all large supermarkets and 15 minutes walk from the University. The area has ample on-street parking and bikes are accepted.

Tenents are expected to treat their house as their own, keeping the house clean and tidy, (like your mum does) and maintain the new interior.
